To ensure transparency and fairness, we offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible purchases.
1. 30-Day Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The service or package has not been fully used.
- At least one session remains unused (for multi-session packages).
- Digital products have not been downloaded or accessed (see Section 2).
- You provide valid proof of purchase.
Refunds requested after 30 days will not be eligible.
2. Digital Products & Online Materials
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All digital product sales are final once downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience technical issues, we will re-issue or replace the file at no cost.
3. Appointment Cancellations
To maintain fairness for our specialists:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment → eligible for refund or reschedule.
- Cancel within 24 hours → non-refundable unless due to emergency circumstances.
4. Memberships & Multi-Session Packages
For subscriptions or therapy/coaching packages:
- Refunds apply only to unused sessions.
- Used sessions will be prorated and deducted from your refund.
- A processing fee may apply depending on your payment method.
5. Refund Processing Time
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within:
7–10 business days
via the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Full name
- Date of purchase
- Receipt or transaction ID
- Service or product name
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
7. Biznext Rights
Biznext reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline refunds that do not meet policy conditions
- Request additional information when necessary
